i’m legal, like finally! :D

Ok I guess this post should be up yesterday, but I got a major headache yesterday night.

I’m at my school library’s Cafe Galilee with the rest of my classmates playing pool, slacking and stuff.

And I’m feeling very, very lethargic now.

 

Anyway, my birthday celebrations!

 

So my celebrations started off on Saturday with my dad’s side of the family.

Dinner-ed at Pariss and Marina Square.

Collected lots of birthday money and a cool Topman tee from Iona.

 

Sunday was at home, with my mom’s side of the family and my two besties: Michelle and QingHui!

Got a cute Starbucks cup (it looks exactly like the one used for iced drinks, but it’s a reusable tumbler) from besties,
and birthday money from my relatives.

Also got a nice Springfield tee from my grandmother.

My aunt also bought a birthday cake for me.

Ok this cake is kinda special, it costs $97 and is a 2-kg tiramisu cake from Fullerton Hotel.

Nothing special right? But it was specially made (can we say exclusively?) for me by the chef at Fullerton,

because apparently Fullerton dosen’t make tiramisu cake for such purposes, they only serve it by slice at their cafe.

My aunt went through alot of trouble to get this cake made.

Monday (MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY – 28 JULY) was extra, extra special.

I guess I can delete all my emo entries on this blog just for that day.

So the day started with me being late for school, and waiting for Sam.

While waiting, Ira called and screamed Happy Birthday so loudly. LOL.

 

Then yea when I reached school, Qiu Lian gave me 300gm Famous Amos cookies in a giftbox!
My favorite flavor – double chocolate chip with pecan.

 

Anyway during Meeting 2, Veekee really made my day by changing her personal message to something sweet,
and dedicating an entire entry to me! Awwww, thanks girl!

So the big surprise came during Breakout 2, when 3/4 of the class went missing suddenly.

So at like 2, they came into the class with a Starbucks tiramisu cake and sang the birthday song.

Kinda shocking.

 

Then they “blindfolded” me like below.
And forced me to drink a venti cup of ABC Extra Strong Stout in one go.

Damn these guys, my face got like seriously red lah.

 

And tiramisu has alcohol in it too!

They gave me a $40 Ed Hardy voucher! Thanks guys, and thanks Sam for getting the voucher!

 

So after that, I went down to Basement to meet Issac (thanks for ponning school with me!)

Then we set out to town with me getting hyper.

When we reached Somerset, I ran to the toilet to do the Merlion, aka vomit.

Then after that, we went to Louis Vuitton at Ngee Ann City.

The service sucks there I tell you. So I just put the wallet I was seeing down and went out.

Stuck-up people.

 

Then we went to DFS. Walked around the different boutiques.

The sales staff there are uber-friendly! Seriously, seriously friendly.

You can even talk about discounts!

Wanted to get a Louis Vuitton damier canvas wallet, but it was overpriced compared to the US website.

Then saw a nice Burberry Brit Check wallet, but it had a big golden made in China sign inside, kinda a turn off for me.

No offence to the Chinese.

 

Then I settled for this. My most expensive single purchase (and I’m using my birthday money). Drumroll please….

Hehe. It’s something that cost $390 and I ain’t showing you.

 

All in all, it was a great 18th birthday.

And I’m finally LEGAL. All the booze, sex, clubbing, M18 movies, and the SEX AND THE CITY lifestyle.

Woohoo.
